Pillar offers personalized, restorative gift and subscription boxes tailored to the various experiences and stages of the perinatal journey, including fertility, pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and loss. Our boxes feature thoughtfully curated, multi-use products that promote healing, education, and holistic wellbeing, while highlighting small businesses and ethical, eco-conscious brands.
Which box should I choose?
Choose your box depending on where you (or your giftee) are in the perinatal journey. We offer boxes uniquely designed for fertility, pregnancy, birth, postpartum, parenting, and pregnancy loss. All products within each box can be used holistically across stages.
What's your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
Box must be returned in its entirety. Individual items are not eligible for return unless damaged. All items must be unused and in original condition. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required. Please email info@pillarof.com to request a return.
Can I cancel my order?
Order can be cancelled if it has not yet shipped. Please email info@pillarof.com to cancel. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Can I change or modify my order?
You can modify or cancel your order anytime before the order is added to the production schedule (24 hours before the ship date). Please reach out to info@pillarof.com with your order number and the requested change.
How do subscriptions work?
Our subscription box service allows you to receive or give a uniquely curated selection of items that support each different perinatal stage (fertility, pregnancy, birth, postpartum, parenting, and pregnancy loss). Select your subscription of choice and use codes provided to order each box as you are ready.
